What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the Request a Quote form:

• your name and phone number (required),
• your car's model and year (optional),
• your email address (optional), and
• your message (optional).

Like any website, the servers that deliver it handle routine technical information such as your IP address and the pages you request. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry: to contact you by phone or email about your quote request. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Where it goes

When you press Submit, the form sends your details over an encrypted connection to our website, which emails them to the shop's inbox. The service that sends that email is Resend, and the shop's inbox is a Yahoo email account. This website is hosted on Vercel. These providers handle your information only to deliver and host the service, under their own terms and privacy policies. Our website does not keep a database of quote requests: the email is the record.

Analytics, cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, session recording, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Other websites

This website may link to other sites, such as our Google Business Profile and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

We keep a quote request in our email for as long as we need it to follow up with you and to keep ordinary business records. Our email and delivery providers may keep their own logs for a limited time under their own policies.

Asking us to delete or correct your information

You can ask us at any time to delete or correct what you sent us. Email reliableautobodyservice@yahoo.com or call (971) 235-6839, tell us the name and phone number you used, and we will delete the request from our email.

Children

This website is for adults who own or drive vehicles. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Our Terms and Conditions also apply to your use of this website.
